The most important thing about how we've practiced Community Supported Agriculture for the past 5 years—it starts with trust. Our Flower CSA is more than a transaction. It's a commitment of trust between us and our Flower Tribe.

When you sign up for our Flower CSA, we commit to growing and arranging you or someone you love a bouquet each week with the VERY BEST of our flowers.

You commit to supporting a family farm growing in your community.

Is a Flower CSA for You?

Here are five questions to help you decide if joining our Flower Tribe is your next step!

1. Do you love or want to know what it feels like to have fresh-cut, beautiful flowers in your home or workspace each week?

2. Do you already buy flowers from the grocery store or florist, but want to experience the variety of seasonal flowers?

3. Do you appreciate beautiful and unique flowers grown in your community without abrasive chemicals?

4. Do you value supporting local agriculture and want to have a connection with your flower farmer?

5. Do you already shop at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market or the Ithaca Farmers Market; or do you have time in your schedule to pick up flowers weekly at our farm or the farmers market?

If you answered, "YES!" then join our Flower Tribe for a share of our harvest! Our Flower CSA begins with trust and blossoms as you reap the benefits of beauty, self-care, and connection!

Frequently Asked Questions.

How does payment work?

We ask you to pay for your subscription in advance when you can subscribe. We accept all major cards.

What if I need (or want) to cancel my subscription?

We offer a money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your subscription for any reason and wish to cancel, or if you have to move out of the area and cannot continue your subscription, please let us know, and we’ll arrange a full refund before your first pick-up or on a pro-rated basis after your subscription starts.

Can I switch my pick-up site?

YES! If you need to make a change to your pick-up site permanently or every now and then, we can be flexible. But we cut and arrange your flowers for your pick-up date to ensure maximum vase life. So we ask that you let us know via phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up so we can cut and arrange them at the optimal time.

Can I send someone else to pick up my flowers if I can’t make it?

YES! If you can’t pick up your flowers yourself, send a substitute!

All you have to do is give us their name before they come to pick them up.

Do you credit my account if I don’t pick up my bouquet?

No, sorry. Cutting & preparing your bouquet incurs a cost to our farm. We spend hours harvesting and arranging them for you. We will hold your bouquet until the very end of our time at your selected pick-up site in case you’re running late. So we can’t replace a bouquet if you don’t pick it up.

What happens if I forget to pick up my bouquet?

If you can reach us via text before the site closes, we can hold your flowers and take them back to our farm, where we will hold them for you to pick up within 24 hours. Otherwise, we can’t keep them fresh for you.

In case of inclement weather on pick-up day, what do I do?

If the market closes due to inclement weather—severe thunderstorms, hail, tornado warnings, lightning storms, or if it’s dangerous to leave your house, stay home. We will contact you via email to make arrangements.

What happens after I sign up?

You’ll get an email from us right away. We’ll send an email welcoming you to our Flower Tribe, so add our email: flowers@twosparrowsgrow.com, to your contacts or check your spam box.

If you’re gifting a CSA to someone you love, we’ll mail a card letting them know you bought them flowers and where to pick them up once their CSA starts. When you check out, give us their address or tell us you want us to send it to you so you can put it in their hand yourself!

A week or two before it’s time to start picking up flowers, we’ll send you another email letting you know it’s time. We’ll remind you when and where to pick up. This email will also contain general flower-care instructions, like our infamous, “If you wouldn’t drink from it, don’t put your flowers in it” spiel. If the CSA is a gift, and you gave us their email at check-out, the email will go directly to them; if not, we’ll send it to you to remind them.
